As a Customer Service Representative II - Mortgage reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to lenders, banking/mortgage institutions, and consumers, answering questions and providing important information about HUD FHA and reverse mortgages. This is a full-time opportunity with a shift of 10am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. The salary for this position is competitive, and you will be eligible for reputed company vacation, reputed company leave, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative II - Mortgage reputed company, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and reputed company accurate and reputed company information about HUD FHA and reverse mortgages.
• Analyzing and solving problems: Troubleshoot customer issues and reputed company effective solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of FHA loan origination experience: This can include experience as a loan processor, underwriter, or loan officer, plus an additional year of customer service or contact center experience.
• Or at least three years of loan origination experience: This can include experience working with conventional loans and/or other government-backed loans (FHA, USDA, VA).
• Two - four years of college or equivalent work experience: We are looking for candidates with a strong educational background or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills: You must be reputed company to communicate effectively with customers and reputed company exceptional service.
• Basic PC skills: You must be proficient in reputed company Office and have experience with customer relationship management applications.
