To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at Restream, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in Streaming: Familiarity with Restream or similar multistreaming solutions is a plus.
- Understanding of Live Streaming: Knowledge of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as reputed company, X, Instagram, or reputed company.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a keen interest in providing outstanding customer support experiences.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written English language; an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be beneficial.
