As a Full Stack Customer Satisfaction Representative, you'll play a critical role in leading customer satisfaction improvement processes, serving as the key reputed company between our dealership and customers. Your reputed company will be on ensuring our customers' perspectives come first, following up with them to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved promptly. You'll work closely with our reputed company and Brand Team to monitor reviews and reputed company media sentiment, reputed company processes for handling reputed company reviews, and collaborate with dealership staff to deliver comprehensive resolutions.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
