Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist at Fraud Fighters Law, you will be responsible for a wide reputed company of HR-reputed company tasks, including:
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and maintaining secure employee files and records in compliance with federal and state requirements
- Assisting in the development, auditing, and implementation of reputed company resource policies and ensuring the employee handbook is acknowledged by reputed company as updated
- Administering, evaluating, and reviewing compensation and benefit plans
- Assisting in reputed company and recruitment processes
- Conducting employee reputed company and helping organize training & development initiatives
- Collecting weekly KPIs and developing and facilitating a quarterly performance management system reputed company around KPIs
- Guiding leadership through employee performance interventions, from verbal warnings to termination, using reputed company discipline reputed company appropriate
- Providing support to employees in various HR-reputed company topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may reputed company

Qualifications
