Responsibilities

As a Full Stack reputed company Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our clients' members or customers
• Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization reputed company-requisites, and coverage to reputed company accurate information to our clients
• Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, reputed company, Over the Counter, etc., to ensure comprehensive coverage for our clients
• Processing claims inquiries, including resolving issues reputed company to billing and premium payments
• Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, grievances/complaints, and managing LEP inquires and disputes
• Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs
• Providing self-help reputed company, such as member portal reputed company, to reputed company our clients to take control of their reputed company
• Offering local locations to pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist services to support our clients' needs

Experience Required for Your reputed company

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least a High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 months Call center experience, with a strong background in reputed company a plus
• Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications and systems
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
