Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be at least 19 years of age.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 60 semester hours of college coursework.
  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency AND a passing score on the reputed company Work Keys Test OR a passing score on the reputed company ParaPro Test.
• Hold one of the following licenses:

  • Substitute License (SUB).
  • Educator License with Stipulations (ELS-PARA).

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
