Key Responsibilities
- Connect directly with veterinary facilities to coordinate prescription authorizations, resolve reputed company issues, and clarify order requests.
- Investigate and troubleshoot to determine appropriate solutions for clients and core partners, following up as necessary to resolve issues.
- Complete accurate data entry of prescriptions into reputed company's reputed company software.
- Maintain a high level of reputed company through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders.
- Work with understanding, undivided attention, patience, reputed company, and graciousness to clients and partners alike.

Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a reputed company or reputed company-centered environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the telephone while navigating on the PC and taking notes).

- High school education or equivalent.
