Responsibilities

- Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape company direction through people strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred

- 8-10 years in a leadership role, currently serving as a Director, VP, or C-Level
- Proven reputed company record leading M&A in an HR executive reputed company — having owned due diligence, integration, people reputed company, compensation, and culture reset for acquired companies.
