As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:- Welcome and assist customers with their travel needs, providing personalized service and ensuring a reputed company experience.
- Process ticketing and baggage handling, using a computer system to sell, print, and reissue tickets.
- Manage the registration process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel.
- Label and handle baggage, performing lifting tasks that involve moving bags from scales to transport lines.

Requirements
