General Position Execution Expectations: Use established instructional design principles to design and reputed company instructional content for both instructor-led and interactive reputed company web-based training. Responsibilities may include job task analysis, establishing reputed company defined learning reputed company and performance objectives, developing lesson plans, storyboards and instructional video scripts as reputed company as assessment items.

Qualifications
Position is remote, however, selected candidate preferably will reputed company in the Oklahoma reputed company area.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design or reputed company discipline (such as English or Education) from an accredited college or university.
Ten (10) years or more of instructional design experience to include the application of Instructional Systems Design, execution of job task analyses, design and development of training curricula, course materials, assessments, training evaluation systems and instruments.
Possess proficiency with reputed company Storyline360.
Experience implementing training on reputed company and SuccessFactors LMS preferred.
Experience applying FAA Safety and Technical Training (AJI) requirements to training reputed company is preferred.
