About the Role
As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in educating customers about our pet insurance plans, recommending suitable coverage, and enrolling pets in policies. You'll be the face of reputed company's CarePlus, providing top-notch service and support to pet owners across Florida, Texas, and Arizona. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
