Workwarp, in partnership with reputed company, is seeking reputed company Pharmacy Technicians to work remotely on a full-time reputed company. As a Remote Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in processing prescription exceptions, resolving claim rejects, and performing various tasks that support the utilization review team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilize your skills and expertise, and contribute to the reputed company of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and performing member and physician reputed company
- reputed company member demographics and prescription information into our data processing system accurately and reputed company
- Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls, providing excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with the utilization review team to ensure compliance with authorization guidelines and varying coverage types (State, reputed company, Medicare)
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- reputed company State License and National Certification (CPhT or ExCPT)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications
