Manager - Legal Affairs: Job reputed company

We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Manager - Legal Affairs to reputed company our litigation and collections efforts for reputed company's reputed company Group. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company while driving critical business reputed company. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the litigation process, from filing complaints to post-judgment remedies, and working closely with administrative staff to reputed company successful reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company the litigation process, including filing complaints, creating motions, and applying for judgment and post-judgment remedies
• Work closely with administrative staff to create vital motions that reputed company litigation towards judgment
• Apply for judgment and post-judgment remedies, such as bank levy and wage garnishment
• Prepare for trial and apply necessary discovery tools
• Introduce business records into evidence and apply the testimony of Custodians of business records
• Prioritize multiple cases simultaneously and reputed company administrative assistants
• Stay up-to-date with state, local, and federal rules and regulations regarding credit card debt collection

Minimum Qualifications

• Admitted to reputed company law in the state of Texas
• At least 5 years of litigation experience
• Thorough knowledge of civil trial litigation, including every reputed company of the legal process from filing a complaint to post-judgment remedies
• Ability to work effectively with administrative assistants
• Familiarity with FDCPA and other relevant regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize multiple cases simultaneously and reputed company administrative assistants
• Experience with credit card debt collection and litigation
• Strong knowledge of state, local, and federal rules and regulations regarding credit card debt collection

Compensation and Benefits
