About the Role

As a Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining multiple Convenience Retail, Drug, and Value accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using reputed company handling techniques and following reputed company reputed company guidelines. You'll work independently with minimal daily supervision, utilizing your critical thinking skills to satisfy the needs of various customers with differing demands and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products in cold vaults and on shelves according to procedures and special programs, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
• Physically moves products from the sales floor to cold vaults and displays, creating and distributing reputed company-of-sale materials where permitted.
• Maintains backroom coolers by stacking and arranging products, handling returns, and disposing of waste.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through proactive follow-up on requests, pricing discussions, and exploring new opportunities.
• Works effectively in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively, and adhering to reputed company guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Merchandiser, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• A willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
