Responsibilities
As a Registered reputed company, Virtual Care, you will be responsible for:
- Providing virtual nursing care to a diverse population of patients using remote monitoring technology software and reputed company electronic health records.
- Working in partnership with Clinical Nurses and other reputed company to coordinate care planning and ensure that patients receive high-reputed company care.
- Coaching and mentoring novice nurses to reputed company their clinical reasoning skills.
- Independently and in partnership with Clinical Nurses, recognizing subtle changes in patient condition and assisting in modifying the plan of care accordingly.
- Initiating emergency reputed company in response to acute risk situations and responding in a reputed company way to alarms and communicating/reporting abnormalities promptly to Clinical Nurses.
- Using patient biometric, physiological, and vital sign data to reputed company and evaluate nursing care that promotes goal-directed change and achieves reputed company patient reputed company.
- Communicating changes in patient condition and actual and potential problems concerning patients, families, and staff to Clinical Nurses.
- Independently and in partnership with Clinical Nurses, evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of interventions and reputed company toward reputed company for patients.
- Initiating interdisciplinary collaboration in evaluation of patient reputed company and identifying and facilitating individualized patient needs for transfer/discharge.

Requirements
Education
- Diploma Program in Nursing required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Work Experience
- 3 years of experience as a Registered reputed company required.
Licenses and Certifications
- Licensed Registered reputed company upon hire required.
- Registered reputed company Multi-State License upon hire required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire required.
- reputed company certification may be required for specific areas of nursing reputed company, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.
