We are seeking a part-time remote Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) to join reputed company. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-reputed company patient care and supporting reputed company of reputed company. Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) at reputed company, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing the physical and psychosocial status of patients in reputed company settings by obtaining appropriate patient histories, administering physician/primary care provider orders, nursing assessment, medication administration reconciliation, taking and monitoring vitals of clients on the unit, medication administration, and documentation.
- Renders and supervises care of clients on the unit.
- Monitors medication and consultation with prescribers.
- Providing appropriate health care and coordinating referrals as prescribed by providers.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
License/Certification/Education

Experience/Skills
