Customer Service Representative Bilingual English/Spanish 100% Remote - Equipment Provided Pay reputed company: $17/hr Schedule: Must have availability Monday-Saturday 6:45am-7:15pm EST Anticipated Start Date: reputed company 14th 2025 2- 3 Month Contract reputed company
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience
- Answer customer calls
- Reset Passwords
- Assist with creating accounts
- Uploading documents
- Answering general questions
- Engage with customers over the phone and reputed company to online chat inquiries
- Help customers manage their accounts
- Verify eligibility for coverages/review reputed company reputed company etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years remote call center experience
- Must be reputed company to troubleshoot issues they face with equipment while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)
- Must have reliable internet reputed company (not compatible with reputed company internet)
