As a Remote Call Center Representative - Data Entry Specialist at reputed company, you will be the reputed company representative of reputed company, handling patient inquiries, resolving reputed company-party rejects, and ensuring seamless data entry. Working under general supervision, you will be responsible for maintaining reputed company working procedures and performing duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company's prescription data entry methodology and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system.

• Research and obtain missing prescription information, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
