About the Role

As a Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Systems, you'll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our Warehouse Management System (WMS), as reputed company as serving as a key reputed company between our IT and Application Development teams. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office, to coordinate, analyze, and implement infrastructure upgrades that support our distribution centers. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for WMS-reputed company issues and enhancements, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) vendors to resolve data handling issues and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate data backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity and minimize data loss.
• Troubleshoot issues with data processing equipment, including printers and terminals, to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
• Support LAN (Local Area Network) design and configuration to ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange.
