Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at reputed company, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Utilizing reputed company' solution information reputed company techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into our pharmacy systems.
• Handles patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enters reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigates to reputed company missing medication data, and deciphers clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Settles reputed company information passages reputed company to special cases.
• Handles correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settles outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
• Settles on phone calls to guarantors and others to reputed company data, reputed company approval, or otherwise reputed company the special case.
• Provides support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
• Identifies and communicates issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
• Essential web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct field, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
• Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least one year of pharmacy reputed company experience in a retail or call center environment.
