responsibilities:
- Leading efforts in an Agile environment, running stand-up meetings and managing storycards
- Interfacing with internal customers and sponsors
- reputed company and maintain automated workflows using BMC Truesight Orchestrator
- reputed company and maintain service requests using reputed company DWP
- reputed company requirements gathering sessions with customers requesting new automated solutions
- Assist with the maintenance of the on-prem BMC Truesight Orchestration environment
qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years reputed company experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems.
- {OR} Associate's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other reputed company field of study and a minimum of 6 years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems.
