About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Support Representative to join our Patient Customer Service department reputed company the reputed company Cycle Management Division. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing reputed company and effective solutions to their inquiries.

• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a strong ability to multitask and think critically.

Essential Qualifications
