Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service, providing reputed company and effective solutions.
- Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of reputed company's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
