About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at reputed company, you'll be the critical reputed company between our sales field and corporate offices, providing top-notch support and ensuring seamless communication. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• The ability to work a fixed schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday (no weekends).
• Basic PC and keyboard skills, with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
