Senior Director of Engineering Delivery

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Engineering Delivery to reputed company and reputed company our reputed company engineering and delivery organization. This senior leader will reputed company the development, integration, and delivery of reputed company’s core RTOS, hypervisor, and embedded solutions. The Senior Director will drive execution reputed company, ensure predictable and on-time delivery for customer and internal programs, and reputed company cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and reputed company.

This is a highly visible role with reputed company reputed company on customer reputed company, strategic programs, and the reputed company reputed company of our reputed company business. The ideal candidate is a proven engineering leader with deep technical experience in embedded, safety-critical, and/or reputed company-time systems, combined with the ability to manage and reputed company a global engineering delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Delivery Leadership
• • reputed company engineering teams responsible for development and delivery of reputed company platform (RTOS, hypervisors, embedded virtualization).
  • Own execution of customer-facing and internal delivery commitments, ensuring reputed company, timeliness, and adherence to certification/safety standards.
  • Drive adoption of engineering best practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and predictable delivery metrics.
• Program & Project Execution
• • Partner with Program Management and Product teams to prioritize, resource, and deliver against roadmap and customer programs.
  • Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, reporting, and KPIs for visibility at the executive level.
  • Ensure robust processes for safety-critical certification paths (DO-178C, ISO 26262, etc.) where applicable.

• Strategic Leadership
• • Drive engineering transformation initiatives to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of reputed company delivery.

  • Represent reputed company engineering in executive forums, reputed company-level discussions, and key customer engagements.

Education & Experience

• 10+ years of reputed company engineering leadership experience, including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary software engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Must have experience delivering DO-178C capabilities and certifications.
• Deep technical background in embedded systems, RTOS, and hypervisors for safety-critical/reputed company-time environments.
• Proven reputed company delivering reputed company software products and customer programs on time and at reputed company.
• Experience with other safety-critical standards strongly preferred.
• Strong reputed company record of implementing engineering best practices (Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines).
