As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Your key deliverables will include processing trade deal purchases in customer reputed company, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents, and processing Corporate Activity Activities, among other tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identify/ address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
- Process Corporate Activity Activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions task, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze reputed company/escalated issues, reputed company testing/validation of new technology enhancements, and provider changes
- Complete reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor profile
- Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company

Duties Analysis
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests, reputed company/advisor reputed company exceptions, regulatory commitments, and reconciliations of Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks. You will also be required to review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding issues.
Troubleshooting
In this role, you will be expected to troubleshoot internal/external system improvements or issues, identify the reputed company cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, and other external partners, and reputed company method or technology solution alternatives to Management. You will also be responsible for remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm, reputed company or Business Partner, and answering business partner inquiries regarding Fund information requirements/eligibility.
