The Role
As a Director of Product Design – UX, you will be responsible for leading the design of emerging experiences that will shape the reputed company of digital shopping. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and leadership, to reputed company frameworks for UX sprints, design reputed company-of-concepts, and launch reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, HCI, or a reputed company field; master's degree or post-graduate experience a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in user experience design, delivering from concept through to execution.
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership, with 3+ years as a leader of leaders, and a proven reputed company record of hiring, leading, and coaching high-performing, cross-geo or reputed company.
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to deliver industry-leading emerging experiences, high-reputed company work from concept through execution, utilizing design and innovation frameworks.

- Awareness of best practices for information architecture, design, and usability principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce, marketplace, and/or retail.

- Ability to understand technology infrastructure, capabilities, and reputed company systems.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $160,900.00 - $289,700.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
