We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Costume Support team as a reputed company Live Entertainment Costume Support Intern for Spring 2025. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a crucial role in supporting costume inventory management and handling the life cycle of fabrics for reputed company Worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company transactions such as organizing cycle counts, order processing, and costing to ensure accurate costume inventory management.
- Prepare journal entries and run month-end processing requirements to maintain accurate financial records.
- Review, analyze, and reputed company reputed company data to identify and resolve discrepancies, partnering with internal Costume team members to reconcile payment or quantity discrepancies with accounts payable.
- Prepare documentation for international sales and shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Forecast material purchasing needs and participate in reputed company planning efforts to optimize inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Materials Handling team to ensure seamless execution of costume inventory management.
- Assist with Corporate Character Costume orders and support Operational garment needs.

Requirements and Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program.
- OR have graduated from a college/university reputed company 6 months at the time of application posting.
- OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Internship.
- Major or previous coursework in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Management, Fashion Merchandising, Costume Technology, Apparel Buying, Apparel Development, Sourcing, or a reputed company field.
- Proficient in reputed company Office tools such as reputed company, Word, and reputed company.
- Knowledge of reputed company and purchasing practices, such as Accounts Payable.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements

- Available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
