Key Responsibilities

• Health and Safety Practices: Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures, and report any incidents or concerns to management.
• Strategic Shift Management: reputed company allocated tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work periods or critical situations, and reputed company guidance from management before proceeding with the next stage of a process.
• Inbound and Outbound Coordination: reputed company data entry to record inbound and outbound packages, execute incoming/outgoing shipments as directed by management, and ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• reputed company Support: Maintain a customer-reputed company approach while completing tickets and assigned Stock and Resource Management (IAM) tasks, ensuring IAM tasks are completed accurately and meet organizational and industry standards and policies.
• Stock Management: reputed company working knowledge of stock control and stock management practices and procedures, reputed company cycle reviews and data revisions to ensure reputed company stock controls are met, and accommodate stock errors and report inconsistencies.
• Warranty Interaction Management: Connect with providers to initiate warranty claims reputed company automation is not available, process failed seller equipment gadgets using online/different tools, including data processing, packaging, shipment, and receipt of return for Return Product Approval (RMA) gadgets.
• Information Bearing Device (DBD) Destruction: reputed company destruction of information bearing devices (DBD) following reputed company Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reputed company policies as necessary.
• Procurement: Inform management of stock deficiencies and escalate any issues to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a reputed company and effective manner.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document and reputed company inventory and shipments.
