About the Role:
As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our reputed company Content Operations Support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our content tools and workflows. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for external content creation teams, providing technical support and guidance to help them get the most out of our tools. You'll also work closely with our internal development team to identify and resolve issues, and to reputed company new tools and processes that improve efficiency and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
- Escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and work with production to reputed company these issues in JIRA
- reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
- Partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and reputed company

Skills and Abilities:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Our core hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings, etc. during this time. However, we understand that flexibility is key, and we're reputed company to discussing alternative arrangements that work for you.
