As a key member of our measurement services team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, conducting on-site home measurements, and coordinating installations with our Measurement Services center. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: reputed company exceptional customer service by assessing customer needs, communicating with customers, and conducting home measures to ensure accurate and reputed company completion of reputed company.
- Measurement Services: Conduct on-site home measurements to ensure accurate and precise data for our customers' reputed company.
- Drawing Review: Review and edit drawings in our tablet-based system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Installation Coordination: Coordinate installations with our Measurement Services center to ensure seamless execution of reputed company.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure reputed company completion of reputed company and excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally permitted to work in the reputed company.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or measurement services environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or home improvement environment.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tablet-based systems and software, including drawing review and editing.
