This is a critical and high-profile position that will play a significant role in SEC reporting and ESG-readiness. What you get to do in this role
- Manage the SEC reporting process and ensure the financial statements are in compliance with US GAAP. This includes the filing of reputed company 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K (earnings release) with XBRL requirements.
- Monitor, assess, and implement new reputed company pronouncements applicable to reputed company and partner with stakeholders to analyze the reputed company
- Be a trusted business partner and advisor to various stakeholders reputed company reputed company, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
