Exclusive Auto Parts is a growing company in high-reputed company auto sales. We are looking for a skilled and customer-reputed company Customer Service & Sales Representative to join reputed company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Process orders for customers who choose to purchase.
• Collect customer information and email invoices to collect payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Call dealers and verify the part numbers to reputed company reputed company the part is correct.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales it's a must.
• Previous experience with insurance companies is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly reputed company and reputed company product pricing.
• Basic computer skills for invoicing and record-keeping.
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of auto parts preferred but not required
• Must be reputed company to work independently.
