About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support for Contact Centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company. Key Responsibilities
Performance Analytics and Forecasting
- Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
- Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas requiring reputed company research, and own analyses from start to finish
- Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
- Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and partners

Measurement and Analytics

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in forecasting and analytics
- Experience with time series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proficient in Python

- Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills
