About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our reputed company shift team, supporting customers and dealers in the reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for researching and resolving inquiries received reputed company inbound calls on a reputed company of finance products, including installment, revolving, and leasing finance products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to reputed company reputed company and accurate solutions to customers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities

- Escalation reputed company: Resolve and reputed company business reputed company on escalated and reputed company questions, referencing multiple screens and/or documents.

Essential Qualifications
