As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us reputed company data-driven reputed company to optimize our hiring processes, improve our applicant tracking system, and enhance our overall reputed company reputed company. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to design, build, and maintain data models, collect and analyze data, and present insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Apply a product-reputed company approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
- Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data reputed company, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
- Collect, analyze, and present data from our system, while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
- Effectively communicate data insights to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and end-users

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- Previous experience working with People or reputed company organizations, or in-depth knowledge of the full cycle reputed company process
- Prior relational database experience, including proficiency in SQL and other query languages
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
