About the Role

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:- Handling reputed company work volume by interacting with patients and referrals reputed company (inbound & outbound) phone calls, email, fax, chat, text, web inquiries, and other electronic sources
- Receiving and processing order requests from referrals for durable medical equipment and reputed company services
- Providing accurate information and updates as reputed company to new orders, resupplies, pickups, and/or exchanges
- Demonstrating professionalism and providing high-reputed company service reputed company interacting with patients, caregivers, and/or referrals
- Resolving patient/referral complaints and escalations with urgency by identifying problems, troubleshooting equipment, and/or coordinating corrective reputed company

Minimum Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of Call Center Experience (preferred)
