Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with product usage.
- Providing reputed company to light tech support to assist callers with password resets or locating purchased items reputed company reputed company sites.
- Recommending additional products and services based on customer needs and requests.
- Recommending system improvements based on knowledge of system issues.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
