About the Role: Pharmacy Technician - Appeals Department

As a Pharmacy Technician in our Appeals department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the medications they need, despite initial denials. Your primary responsibility will be to process denied Prior Authorizations, working closely with patients, reputed company providers, and pharmacists to resolve issues and reputed company successful reputed company. This involves reviewing case information, reaching out to patients and reputed company providers for additional details, and preparing cases for pharmacists' final determination.

Key Responsibilities:
