We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Autism/ABA Therapist to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. As an Autism/ABA Therapist, you will have reputed company to work directly with children and families, implementing personalized ABA therapy and counseling programs established by a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities
As an Autism/ABA Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD
- Collecting behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
- Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
- Working collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
- Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
- 1-year ABA/RBT Experience
- If no reputed company ABA experience, 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Maintain a valid reputed company's license and clean driving record
- Must have your own transportation and auto insurance in order to travel between clients
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
