In this rewarding and challenging role, you will be responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing 4-year-old children, based on their individual needs and the requirements of the GSRP grant. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally-appropriate instruction for children using research-based curriculum
- Maintain accurate student records in accordance with license renewal requirements

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education or a reputed company field
- One of the following: A Child Development Associate credential (CDA), an Associate of Arts in early childhood/preschool education or child development, 120 clock hours of documented formal child care education, or a four-year degree with an endorsement in early childhood education
- Recommendation by an administrator who has supervised your work for at least one year
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the community
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with 4-year-old children in a preschool or kindergarten setting
- Knowledge of research-based curriculum and instructional strategies
- Experience with student assessment and reputed company monitoring
