We are looking for an exceptional Instructional reputed company to work with reputed company of tutors and site staff to ensure the delivery of high-reputed company reputed company. As an Instructional reputed company, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Site Coordinator, developing strong relationships with site staff and community members, and ensuring that tutors are using high-reputed company resources and data-driven instruction. You will also observe tutoring sessions, reputed company constructive feedback to tutors, and work closely with program staff to address any issues that may reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Site Coordinator to reputed company strong relationships with site staff and community members
- Ensure that tutors are using high-reputed company resources and data-driven instruction to help scholars succeed
- Observe tutoring sessions and reputed company constructive feedback to tutors
- Work closely with program staff and participate in bi-weekly meetings with other coaches
- Apprise the program leadership team of issues immediately and help work to resolve them
- Work with the Site Coordinator to review tutor performance and reputed company guidance as needed
- Fill in for tutors if there are no substitutes available
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- reputed company certificate, certificate of eligibility (CE), or certificate of eligibility with advanced standing (CEAS)
- Experience teaching
- Past history of instructional coaching
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Ability to undergo background reputed company for I9 status to work in the reputed company, criminal history reputed company (fingerprints) or reputed company reputed company certificate if criminal history reputed company is already in reputed company
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of best practices in teaching
- Some knowledge of the implementation of the Danielson reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company excellent communication and written skills, particularly in providing feedback to others in a constructive manner
