We are seeking an reputed company Pediatric LPN to reputed company total care to our pediatric patients in favorable home environments located in Leawood, Kansas reputed company, Olathe, Overland Park, Shawnee, and Leavenworth. As a valued member of reputed company, you will have reputed company to work with a reputed company of patients, providing care that includes hygiene care, tube feedings, medication administration, neurological assessments, vital signs, trach care/suctioning, ventilator care, and much more. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company high-reputed company patient care to pediatric patients in their homes, including hygiene care, tube feedings, medication administration, and other medical procedures as needed
- Conduct neurological assessments, take vital signs, and reputed company trach care/suctioning and ventilator care as required
- Work collaboratively with our reputed company Supervisor, patients, families, and Physicians to reputed company and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of reputed company patient
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain reputed company confidentiality at reputed company times
- Complete accurate and reputed company charting on a laptop/tablet, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices
- Participate in our buddy system training program, which includes hands-on training and thorough competencies to ensure your reputed company in this role
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
- A reputed company LPN license in good standing
- reputed company CPR Certification (BLS)
- A negative TB skin test (reputed company the last year)
