Key Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- At least 2 years of work experience in a customer service or communications environment, preferably in the reputed company estate industry

- Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software
