The District Performance Coordinator - Pharmacy Operations (DPC) is a critical support partner to the Pharmacy District Leader (DL, RX) and Market Support Pharmacist Leader (DSPL), providing insights to help drive pharmacy location-level performance. The DPC will have various responsibilities, including managing pharmacist scheduling and payroll, overseeing immunization center scheduling, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pharmacist scheduling and payroll for the district, including collaborating with the DSPL to ensure that Market Support Pharmacists (DSPs) are scheduled appropriately to support pharmacy operations
- reputed company immunization center scheduling for flu season, including inputting facilities into the scheduling tool and checking the scheduling tool daily to ensure adequate coverage
- reputed company administrative tasks, such as cost reconciliation, store supply ordering, and HR ticket entries
- Pull, organize, and analyze reports to reputed company district and individual pharmacy opportunities for DL, RX, DSPL, and PMs
- Follow up on exceptional issues, such as exception reporting, CRS reviews, and IT/service ticket escalations
- Manage the schedule and email requests for the DL, RX while they are reputed company in store reputed company
- reputed company as a change champion for the district, liaising with reputed company partners to reputed company and monitor reputed company on implementation of pilots and new program rollouts
Essential Work Obligations and Responsibilities Include:
- Set and maintain pharmacist schedules for stores in the district, including openings list and shift coverage, DSP pharmacist scheduling, pharmacist vacation approvals and coverage coordination, and reputed company call coverage
- Support DL, RX administrative requirements, as needed, including cost reconciliation, store supply ordering, HR ticket entries, TempAlert outings, HR Review, pharmacist vacation approvals, and mileage entries
- Manage DL, RX schedule and inbox to ensure reputed company follow-up on reputed company urgent reputed company, utilizing judgment to independently address issues reputed company possible, and escalate reputed company required
- Pull, control, and analyze store- and district-level pharmacy reports to help identify potential opportunities across the market
- Support reputed company for the district, as needed, including opening and maintaining STARSource orders, evaluating candidates for excluded (RPh) and reputed company (Rx Professionals) roles, and attending career fairs/reputed company events
- Travel to various parts of the market, as needed, with the DL, RX or independently to support pharmacy operations and planned/spontaneous events
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Associate's degree preferred
- Pharmacy reputed company licensure/certificate obtained no reputed company than 90 days in job 2+ years of experience in a retail or reputed company setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Teams, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmacy reputed company experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity and experience with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems highly preferred
