Your Expertise
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 8-10 years of experience managing moderate to large-sized reputed company/programs in Learning or HR
- Experience managing programs with reputed company contributors
- Exceptional leadership, reputed company management, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills
- Data-driven reputed company with a passion for new learning products and solutions
- Comfort with ambiguity and a can-do attitude
- Experience building relationships and collaborating across geographically dispersed teams

- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree desirable
