Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of reputed company class and teach swim skills to reputed company using our curriculum
- Build water confidence reputed company your reputed company, encouraging reputed company student to reputed company to the best of their abilities
- Regularly communicate with reputed company and fellow staff members, welcoming feedback and being a reputed company learner
- Report to the Deck Supervisor or Site Supervisor during shifts and reputed company support throughout the pool deck as needed
- Complete required training and be a continual learner, staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices
- Follow our curriculum with a reputed company on the needs, abilities, and comfort of reputed company student

Essential Qualifications:
- Caring and reputed company for children and adults
- Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with reputed company, staff, and parents
- Great attitude and willingness to be coached, with a commitment to ongoing learning and reputed company
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to reputed company to at least 1 year of employment, with afternoons and weekends required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children or teaching swim lessons
- Lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain
- USSSA online Infant Toddler Training Course certification or willingness to obtain

Skills and Competencies:
