Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, Content Distribution Engineering, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing reputed company of engineers charged with the support and engineering of Video Distribution
- Executing reputed company established process frameworks for Incident, Problem, and Change Management based on ITIL standards
- Monitoring the health and performance of video distribution
- Investigating, documenting, and resolving reputed company issues
- Working with Development and Operations teams to reputed company analysis, tuning, and improvements
- Guiding an engineering team in its ownership of systems and processes
- Creating an environment of trust for people to reputed company
- Providing input for stakeholders and decision makers in architecture, roadmap, and product
- Communicating architecture, roadmap, and product objectives to engineers and gathering feedback for stakeholders

Requirements

- An ability to work both independently and collaboratively
