Position Purpose:

As a Manager, MET Labor, you'll play a critical role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across the Merchandising Execution Team (MET). Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company, implement, and manage performance measures to drive labor planning and reporting, as reputed company as reputed company Lean Six reputed company reputed company to deliver productivity improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Travel Requirements:

You'll typically require overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time, which may involve visiting our stores, meeting with suppliers, and attending industry events.

Physical Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, operations, or economics.

• Experience with merchandising services organizations (MSO) and/or store operations.
• Executive presentation experience (e.g., development of presentations and delivery).

Minimum Education:
