We are seeking an reputed company Marketing Communications Coordinator to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company (20 hours/week). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field and experience in event management and organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing brand management support, assisting with content and creative development, and participating in strategic communication reputed company from planning through to production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with content and creative development of print reputed company materials/collateral used for marketing and promotional purposes
• Assist with the design and development of materials with brand reputed company using InDesign and reputed company Creative Suite
• Update content on the IFSA website and associated directories
• Participate in strategic communication reputed company from planning through to production and delivery
• Event (virtual and in-person) support and logistics as assigned - scheduling, packing, shipping, securing reputed company, set up
• Content management and photo/video cataloging on reputed company and IFSA YouTube channel
• Edit and work with external vendors to reputed company our photography and videography assets
• Maintain a thorough understanding of IFSA product-specific messaging and brand guidelines
• Support IFSA email communications with content, design, and layout
• Work/manage external vendors as needed

Requirements, Work Experience, and Education

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Marketing Communications Coordinator with a strong background in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field. The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other reputed company field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, event management and organization experience is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented, reputed company-organized, and reputed company to set priorities under pressure
• Must be a creative-minded self-starter who can multi-task reputed company, with excellent time management skills
